If you want an extra blanket, it is available for loan at the reception.

You can enjoy a lavish breakfast buffet every day of the week and it´s served in our restaurant. If you want an earlier breakfast, please contact the front desk before 9.30 p.m. (Deviation from these hours may occur because of season, holidays, etc. Please contact the front desk for more details).

The front desk personnel will be happy to help you with schedules. The nearest bus stop is called Arendal Portal, a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The room is at your disposal until 10 a.m if you attend a conference, 11.00 a.m. for other guests. If you wish to stay longer, please contact the front desk before 9 a.m.

There are water kettles in all hotel rooms. If you should need anything, please contact the front desk.

Is situated on floor 2. At times when the conference service is closed, please contact the front desk.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club, Master Card and VISA.

You will find it in the closet in your hotel room.

A high chair is available in the restaurant and a changing table is available in the disabled toilet on floor 1.

In the hotel shop you can buy for example newspapers, candy, chips, soda, light beer, mineral water, sandwiches, tobacco and hygiene articles round the clock. There are also films and games for you to borrow. If you simply want a one time use shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste/razor, you can get them without charge at the front desk.

Our cold tap water is excellent to drink. Water machine is free of charge and is to find related to the front desk. Ice is available in the restaurant’s bar.

We offer wireless internet throughout the facility. Passwords can be found in your key folder. In most of the conference areas, wired connection is available. There is a guest computer in the lobby.

An ironing room is located on the 3rd floor, open 24 hours. There are also irons/ironing boards available for loan. Please contact the front desk for further information.

Subject to availability in our own car park, we offer our guests free parking. We offer 500 parking spaces, free of charge. We also offer 36 spaces that are reserved for electric cars. The cost is 3.50/kw.

We have a few special pillows if you have any special requests. Please notify us as soon as possible so that we can accomidate your requirements.

At Arken Hotel & Art Garden Spa, you can enjoy a lavish breakfast buffet every day of the week and Monday to Friday, we also serve ’Dish of the day’ at lunchtime. Perhaps treat yourself to a luxurious brunch on a weekend or why not add something special to your stay and order a delicious dinner from our á la carte menu? On our lobby menu, you will find lighter dishes such as hamburgers and salads and we naturally have a range of vegetarian alternatives too. Contact the front desk for opening hours.

When you stay with us, you can order food from the bistro menu to your hotel room every day at 16–22, for an extra fee of SEK 95. To order, call the reception on phone +46 31 726 25 00. It is also possible to order in our lobby bar and take food and drinks up to the room at no extra cost.

Please place your valuables in the reception safe, which is free of charge. In some rooms we have a safety box in the closet.

We take security issues very seriously and our Premium Certification by Safehotels is a clear proof that we maintain the highest possible level of security. When you leave the room, make sure the room is locked. If you lose or accidentally lock your card please contact the front desk. For storing valuables contact the hotel reception. The hotel has prepared and approved storage options. Do you have special requirements regarding safety during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us.

We have a shoe shine machine on level 1, near reception.

We are a non smoking hotel. Violations will be debited as a decontamination fee of 1500 SEK.
