If you are planning a large meeting or event, our congress hall 'Oceanen' is simply perfect. Boasting an impressive 1,000 sq.m. floor space and at least 6 metres in ceiling height, it is ideal for larger congress arrangements, dinners, exhibitions and trade fairs. Equipped with a 24 sq.m. raised stage, wireless sound equipment, projector mounted in the ceiling, PA-system, stage spotlights, different ceiling light settings with RBG lighting and a wardrobe area.
With RGB lighting, we can colour the whole room to suit your needs and thereby create a unique atmosphere for your event. Furthermore, light settings and colours can be changed quickly and easily during your event.
'Oceanen', with its ample, flexible space can easily be sectioned off to form several different areas with the help of textiles and mobile screens. This means that a large group of people can be engaged in a variety of activities all at the same time, such as lectures, exhibitions, gallery displays or coffees and snacks. In short, 'Oceanen' is a space with endless possibilities to make your event the happening of the year.
The walls are all dressed in fabric, which provides a plush backdrop and framing.
As this space is right at the centre of our hotel premises, you can easily make your way from there to different seminar rooms, group break-out rooms, hotel rooms or the restaurant.
A wide loading gate on the ground level makes loading and unloading a piece of cake. Vehicles of less than 3.5 metre in height can drive all the way up to the gate. There is even an option of driving a vehicle straight into the congress hall.
