Booking information for Arken hotel & Art garden Spa
PAYMENT
- When booking hotel packages online, payment is made by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
- When booking a hotel room online, a credit/debit card is provided as a guarantee for the reservation. No money will be deducted, and payment will only be made on arrival at the hotel.
- Day spa packages are to be paid in full when booking online, otherwise at the point of arrival at Art Garden Spa. Please note that Art Garden Spa is a cash-free facility.
- Would you like to pay with a gift card? If you have a gift card that starts with letters (e.g., MR85586-W555), you can pay for your booking online. For other gift cards, please contact us and we will help you.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
- Room & breakfast bookings: Cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 pm the day before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
- Package bookings: Cancellations must be made no later than three days before arrival.
- Event packages (with a specific date): Cancellations must be made no later than five days before arrival, unless otherwise stated for the specific event.
- Day spa packages: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 or 48 hours before arrival, depending on the package. Details can be found in your confirmation.
For cancellations made later than the timeframes above, refunds are only issued upon presentation of a medical certificate. Without a valid certificate, no refund will be given.
The above mentioned clauses are relevant for guests and groups of up to 9 people. Please contact us if you are travelling with a group larger than that. We reserve the right to change our pricing. PLEASE NOTE! For booking of conferences or larger groups other rules apply.
OTA: If you have booked through an OTA (Online Travel Agency such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.) or purchased an offer via Secret Escapes or Coop, please contact them directly for any changes or cancellations.
FROM PRICE – WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
From-price means that the price will vary depending on season as well as which day in the week you arrive. The from-price that is presented in each offer is the lowest available price. If you consult our online booking facility or call our booking department you will be advised of the price that is applicable to the dates you wish to book. We can guarantee that you will always get the best price when you book on our website or directly with us by email or phone. Bookings must have identical booking conditions and content. This applies to dates, room type, number of rooms/guests, content and price restrictions. If you still find a better price for the same product, we’ll make up the difference! MAJOR FORCE
Significant reductions in supply or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control entitle us to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages (e.g. strike, fire, lockout, natural disaster, war or similar).
