Regular opening hours are every day from 9am to 10pm
Outdoor terrace with hot springs:
- Monday-Thursday 9 am–1 pm and 3–10 pm
- Friday 9 am–noon and 2–10 pm
- Saturday-Sunday 9 am-10 pm
Subject to seasonal variations and public holidays.
The bistro menu is served every day from 2 pm 14.00.

At Art Garden Spa we have a 15-year age limit with the exception of the summer and selected days during children’s school holidays. Then diaper-free children in the company of their parents are welcome between 8 am and 1:30 pm.
We are completely mobile-free for our guests, (with the exception of the gym). Art Garden Spa is all about letting go of everyday life and just landing in yourself, something that becomes more difficult when many of us are constantly connected. Let’s work together to make Art Garden Spa a little oasis where you can be unaffected by what’s going on around the world. Take the chance to leave the outside world for a while.
Alcohol is not allowed at Art Garden Spa. On Fridays and Saturdays you can book “Late Night Spa” package and enjoy tapas and bubbly in our spa lounge from 7pm. Our hotel has a restaurant and two bars that you can visit before or after your spa visit.
Your spa stay includes tea, fruit and water. We also serve smoothies and snacks.
Please remember to book your treatment well in advance of your stay and indicate if you are pregnant or have any allergies. Our facials can be booked without access to Art Garden Spa. For other treatments, you need to book one of our half-day, full-day or overnight packages where Art Garden Spa is included.
Bring underwear or dry swimwear as a change of clothes for treatment. When you are due to have your treatment, arrive 5-15 min before your treatment time, sit down and relax in our treatment area.
When you come to the Art Garden Spa, you can borrow a bathrobe and slippers. This is the spa dress code and what you wear over your swimwear when moving around our premises. When bathing and staying in common areas, swimwear is mandatory.

For package bookings via our online booking, only direct payment with payment card is possible. If you want to pay by gift card, please contact our reservation by phone or email. The gift card is left at the reception upon arrival. When booking a room/breakfast, you need to enter your card number as a guarantee, (no money is deducted) and you can then pay with a gift card on arrival.
Check-in times vary. You will find the time that applies to you on the package you booked or in your booking confirmation.
Subject to availability, we can offer earlier room check-in, but we can only guarantee this on the day of arrival. Please contact our hotel reception on the day of your arrival to see if an earlier check-in time is possible.
Subject to availability, we can offer to hold the room for an extra hour. Please check with the hotel reception staff on the day of departure if a later check-out is possible.
If you have booked a package with dinner, we have different seating times. You choose the time when you book. If you do not choose a time, it will say 18:59 in the confirmation and you can then decide a time when you check in, (however, some time may be fully booked then).
From-price means that the price varies depending on the season and the day of the week you arrive. The starting price presented with each offer is the lowest available price.
As this is stated in the online booking, it is not possible to select that day as the arrival date with the package you have chosen. This may be because the Art Garden Spa, restaurant or hotel is fully booked.
It depends on what you have booked. Your booking confirmation will state what applies to you. If you booked through a 3rd party website (e.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com), cancellation must go through them.

We have two rooms adapted for the disabled. There is an elevator to the different floors. Please let us know when booking.
We accept cash at the hotel reception. However, our restaurant and spa are completely cash-free. Of course, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
We also offer 36 spaces reserved for electric cars. The cost is 3.50/kw.
Instructions for loading:
– Open the Easypark app
– Search area code 59050 (comes up automatically if you have location services on)
– Select the pole you parked at
– Enter the time you want to load
– Press start
Dogs are welcome at our hotel. We have some selected rooms where your four-legged friend can stay with you and rest peacefully in the room while you enjoy the spa. Please let us know when booking your room (an extra cost of 300 SEK will be added). Read more about dogs with us ‘
If you are staying with us and would like to enjoy breakfast in your room, please order this at reception by 8 pm the night before. (Valid during the regular opening hours of the breakfast service. An extra charge of 95 SEK will be added).
We are a cashless restaurant. If necessary, you can pay with cash at our hotel reception. Of course, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Our closest bus stop is Arendal Portal, located about 200 meters from the hotel. NOTE! On Saturdays & Sundays, the bus must be pre-booked on tel: 0771-91 90 90 no later than 60 min before departure from the end stop. Here you can search for bus times to us.
If you arrive by train or plane, it is easiest to take a taxi. We are happy to help you book with Taxi Göteborg tel: 031-65 00 00.
When you stay with us, you can order food from the lobby menu to your hotel room every day from 4–10 pm, for an extra fee of 95 SEK. Order by contacting the restaurant on tel: 031-726 25 66.
You can also order from the restaurant and take food and drinks to your room at no extra cost.
As a guest with us, you park freely in our own parking lot. There is space for a total of 500 cars.
