On our bistro menu you will find simpler dishes such as salads and burgers.

The menus at Restaurant Flora are the result of conscious choices, where inspiration is drawn from the changing seasons. With Swedish food tradition at the core, influenced by Nordic cuisine and with a hint of Asian flavors, we create good and memorable experiences in a cozy and cosy environment. For us, it is a matter of course to also offer vegetarian and vegan options with the same high quality.

For us, creating a culinary experience is not only about satisfying the taste buds, but also about making a positive impact on both our health and the environment. To achieve the best possible quality and taste, we use carefully selected seasonal ingredients when composing our menus. By making conscious choices in our kitchen, we aim to create a dining experience that is both enjoyable and sustainable. Even the drinks menu is adapted with the environment in mind. Purifying and carbonating our own water is also a matter of course, and both coffee and tea are certified and fair trade.

We work with trusted suppliers who we know are on top of things and offer sustainable choices. Having good routines to keep waste down is important to us, and we see it as a creative challenge to use as much of the raw material as possible. Our restaurant is Swan-labeled, which means that we meet their high criteria for sustainable food and drink.
