As a member of Art Garden Spa, you can both exercise physically in our gym and participate in our activity sessions that strengthen both body and mind. Our skilled instructors will guide you and you can challenge yourself as far as you want, dare and can.

In addition, you can enjoy our full range of hot and cold spring baths, a variety of saunas, light therapy and darkrooms – all in one membership!

Rise & Shine is the perfect membership for those who have more time in the mornings. You have access to the entire Art Garden Spa on weekdays until 1pm, which includes

When you have a 12-month membership, you get free spa admission (half day) at Asia Spa in Varberg and Earth & Elevation Spa at Billingehus in Skövde. Valid for half a day, subject to availability, Monday-Friday morning and a maximum of one visit/month. An accompanying friend can book spa admission for 395: – / half day.
